Relaxation & Meditation courses are designed to teach you skills to help you relax and detach from the stresses of everyday life. Our expert tutors will help you identify ways in which meditation may be helpful for you and describe some key underlying principles. You can also learn to sit in a posture suitable for meditation and develop an awareness of breathing through mindful exercises.
