Learn basic yoga postures to perform a flowing sequence and a range of breathing and relaxation techniques on our wide range of Yoga courses. Whether you are a complete beginner or experienced in practising yoga, we are sure to have a course for you. From Iyengar Yoga which focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body, with an emphasis on detail and precision, to Yoga courses focusing on muscle strength and improving stamina, your tutor will explain the benefits and how to apply them to your daily life. Our Yoga courses are taught in centre and online, in real time by qualified tutors based in Kent and are suitable for all abilities.
