This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners.
In this course, you will be taken through creating a painting step by step - working at the same pace as the Tutor - in acrylics. You will develop skills and technique in this medium under the guidance of the Tutor.
Who is the tutor?
About the Tutor: Brendon Treeby
Brendon studied BA Fine Art at The University for the Creative Arts Canterbury graduating in 2014. Since graduation he has maintained an active exhibiting and commission based artist practice, his work is held in private collections globally.
Brendon’s work focuses on portraiture and the human form incorporating patterned motifs and natural surfaces. Working with multiple media including but not limited to oil, acrylic and spray paints, stencilling, ink work and digital art, the aim of Brendon’s work is to explore the human emotional experience.
How will I be taught?
This course will be delivered online. You will join the class from home and be able to exchange and interact with other learners as you would in the classroom (speaking and listening).

For this course you will need:-
- A selection of acrylic paints
- A selection of paintbrushes

What do I need to join the course
For those with an interest in acrylics.

Before each lesson, the tutor may send you by email essential lesson information/handouts for you to consult in advance, and before the class starts, the tutor will have sent you by email an invitation to join, which will be a simple weblink to click.
