This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners

This course will provide participants with the confidence and skills to engage with people they have not met before and present themselves and their business.

By the end of this course you should be able to:
Introduce yourself and your business to another person.
Present yourself to a small group of people.
Manage fear and anxiety during communications.
Practice active listening skills.

How will I be taught?

We shall use small group work, tutor input and discussion.
You will discuss your learning with the tutor and will be asked to record your progress on a Learning Plan

Apart from a sense of curiosity you may wish to bring note taking materials.
