About the Tutor: Gillian Martin
Gilly Martin has over 30 years experience as a Keep Fit Association (KFA) tutor. Her classes cover all ages and abilities and are a fun-filled way towards a healthy lifestyle. She has produced and performed in numerous KFA demonstration teams at class, county, regional and national level and encourages others to 'have a go' as well.
How will I be taught?
You will be taught by a qualified and experienced tutor. Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate movements and talk you through all sequences. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely and be encouraged to monitor and record your progression on the course. , There will be individual and group feedback.
What do I need to have with me?
You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Please bring a bottle of water.

No previous experience is required., The course is suitable for those who would like to maintain their mobility and for those with limited or impaired mobility. We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to seek advice from their GP before exercising. To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise you will be asked to complete a Confidential Health Questionnaire. , Please take a moment to consider the list below. If you have suffered from any of the conditions listed, please check with a medical practitioner whether it is suitable for you to undertake an exercise programme and bring a referral letter from your doctor to your tutor.
