This course will involve full learner participation and self-reflection. There will be personal and sensitive discussions in small and large groups, group activities and role plays in pairs or triads (groups of three) followed by observer feedback.

Please note 90% attendance, a high level of commitment and up to 3-4 hours self-directed learning is essential to complete the course.
Assessment will be by a weekly personal learning journal and the observation of practical skills demonstrated during the course. You will be given assignments and/or a research project/presentation. There is also an external exam set by CPCAB.
