Face yoga is a great way to help make look and feel like the best YOU.

In this introductory course you will learn some tried & tested exercises to strengthen the muscles in your face & neck. These can help to erase fine lines, improve skin tone, achieve a natural face lift, open up tired eyes & much more.

Also in the course you’ll learn some self massage techniques that will help your skin glow by getting rid of toxins & releasing tension.

How will I be taught?

Your tutor will demonstrate a series of facial exercises and will observe you completing these and offer feedback to you. You will also be shown how to conduct facial massage techniques.

You tutor will tell you a little bit about the history of face yoga and what the benefits of these exercises can be.

What do I need to have with me?

You will need a mirror, and some light facial oil or moisturiser. You may also wish to have water available.

What can I do next?

You tutor will discuss this with you but you may be particularly interested in the longer face yoga course starting in October.

What do I need to join the course

Nothing, everybody is welcome to join. If you have recently had Botox or filler, please discuss the course with your GP before enrolling.
