Floral displays help to make Christmas a very special time. Our course is designed especially for those looking for decorative ideas for Christmas. It is an ideal continuation from the Beginner's course but those with no experience are also welcome.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
* Identify flowers and foliages used
* Use tools correctly and safely
* Use wiring techniques to add accessories to Christmas designs
* Create designs of a good standard
Who is the tutor?
About the Tutor: Linda Barton
Linda has worked in the floristry industry for 35 years having her own florist shop in London for 30 years.She holds her ICSF in floristry and Cert Ed qualifications. She starting her teaching career 10 years ago and enjoys passing on her knowledge to students. A typical comment from a student is: "Really great fun and I learned lots. Super tutor. Thanks."
How will I be taught?
There will be demonstration followed by students working on their own projects under supervision.
Your tutor will give individual feedback and your peers will also be willing to exchange ideas.

What do I need to join the course
There are no special requirements requirements for joining the course.
It is is suitable for beginners and those with some experience. A degree of manual dexterity is required.
