Our course can give you an introduction to key interior design principles - plus some insider tricks and tips - and the confidence to create a beautiful living space you love i.e. bedroom, dining room or living room. Please note this course will not include kitchens or bathrooms.

How will I be taught?
Studio Craft courses provide an opportunity for students to learn and develop skills, techniques and understand how to design for a chosen craft to a higher level. Students will also be expected to research and respond to the design aspects of craft. Tutors will use a variety of teaching methods including demonstration, instructions, one-to-one tutorial guidance, group discussions and critiques. Our courses are taught by qualified and experienced tutors most of whom are practising craftspeople.
There are opportunities to discuss your progress with the tutor during the day.
What do I need to have with me?
Please bring a notebook and pen to the first lesson, the tutor will inform you of other materials you will need.

What do I need to join the course
You can access the class from your computer equipped with a camera and a microphone, from a laptop (where the camera and microphone should be built-in), a tablet or a smartphone. Before each lesson, the tutor may send you by email essential lesson information/handouts for you to consult in advance, and before the class starts, the tutor will have sent you by email an invitation to join, which will be a simple weblink to click. The system is free, secure and easy to use. Should you have questions about the required equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or by email. Instructions are also available on our website www.kentadulteducation.co.uk.Any adult can enrol for this course, please note you do need to be able to use a tape measure/ruler and engage in course discussion.
