About the Tutor: Paul Holden

Paul Holden is a passionate student of Far Eastern exercise regimes and internal martial arts. He openly shares his deep study in Tai Chi and Qigong with students and is a respected senior instructor and disciple in the Lam Association community. Paul balances his practices with time enjoying family life, friendships and the outdoors.

How will I be taught?

You will be taught by a qualified and experienced tutor. Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely and be encouraged to monitor and record your progression on the course.

Apart from a sense of curiosity you may wish to bring note taking materials.
