This is an online course delivered using Zoom, in real time with live interaction with your tutor and fellow learners.This 'Self Help Techniques for Sleep Issues and Stress' half day course in will enable you to explore the possible underlying causes of, and self help techniques to overcome, sleep issues such as insomnia. The course will cover a variety of strategies for relaxing and converting negative thoughts into positive challenges leading to a better night's sleep.
