Do you want to be able to use your Spanish in a range of real life situations? This Intermediate course is for you. You will benefit from exchanging face to face with a supportive tutor and others as you practise speaking and enjoy learning the language.
Successful students will be able to:
• Describe (people, places, situations, events etc) using the present, past or future tense
• Give and follow specific instructions
• Express an opinion and ideas in taking part in discussion
• Make comparisons
• Express an opinion
• Listen and respond to information from a range of sources (telephone messages, news headlines/public announcements, instructions, conversations)
• Deal with emergencies, problems and complaints
Grammar will be expanded. You will learn to use expressions and forms appropriate to the language using present, future and some past tenses. You will be given small amounts of homework (1 hour max) each week to reinforce classroom learning.
What do I need to bring with me?
The course book will be discussed at the first session if appropriate. Students will need to bring a pen and paper and an A4 ring binder for handouts, although we advise students not to buy anything until after the first session.

Your next appropriate course is “Spanish Intermediate - Summer School” to continue and reinforce your Spanish after Easter.
