Lifestyle Sustainable Fashion course

Do you like to be on trend or set trends? Do you think that sustainability is a paradox in the world of fashion?
It is time to act in our community and make fashion sustainability a celebration. We have created this fashion workshop for you to have fun while discovering your style or reinventing yourself without going to the shops and be an impulse buyer.
The aim of this course is to give you the tools to know yourself more, choose the colours that work best for you, adjusting to a new body after childbirth, menopause or any other major life event.
This course also aims to make you appreciate what you have and work with your assets.

By the ed of the course the participants will know:
- how to be more sustainable without spending too much
- how to adapt or upcycle old garments
- choose best colours to wear

How will I be taught?

The course is divided into sections:
- Introduction about the importance of being sustainable
- Know yourself and your style
- Colour consultations
- Tools to recognise key pieces for your personality and body type
- Savvy shopping

A folder for the handouts
If you feel like to share a story related to an accessory or something that you wear or do not wear and would like a suggestion for it please feel welcome to do so.

What do I need to join the course

This is a course open to everyone. No previous knowledge required.
We invite you to bring a piece of clothing that you do not wear any longer and would like to give it a new life.
Also if you have something that you think may make anybody else happy bring it along.
