How will I be taught?

The sessions will combine experiential sound baths, discovery learning, sound tool technique, reflective practice, and a little theory. Tools covered will include Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, frame drum, tuning forks, holistic voice, and mantra. You will be given simple but powerful practices to enhance your own wellness journey at each session.

What do I need to bring with me?

What can I do next?

The focus of the course is self-development. You will therefore be able to adopt numerous practices to enhance your own wellness journey. You will also be able to make an informed choice about how you might pursue therapeutic sound further: as a recipient or as a practitioner.
