How will I be taught?
Information and instruction for each session is outlined separately to enable the student to be informed and make their attendance decision and to keep track of their progress through a course.
During this session we will explore techniques which will demonstrate to each person privately and individually how taking steps to be kind to self will benefit both self and others.
There will be opportunity to share information and to discuss any issues arising.
What do I need to bring with me?
There will be exercises which can take place sitting in a chair, or if preferred, sitting on the floor. Please bring cushions and/or blankets if the latter is chosen.
