How will I be taught?
During this session the students and tutors will discuss the benefits of self compassion and how the practice of being in the present moment is imperative in that understanding.
There will be guided exercise in using mindfulness each day.
Information and instruction for each session is outlined separately to enable the student to be informed and make their attendance decision and to keep track of their progress through a course.
What do I need to bring with me?
There will be a guided exercise that students may want to undertake whilst lying down, and they should bring a mat and cushion (together with a blanket if appropriate).
