How will I be taught?
You will be taught by a qualified Tai Chi instructor.
Our teaching methods include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate movements and talk you through all exercises. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely.
To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise you will be asked to complete a Confidential Health Questionnaire at the start of your course. Your Confidential Health Questionnaire also includes your own assessment of your own fitness levels. This information will be used by you and your tutor to reflect on and monitor your progress. Your tutor will also use this information to ensure that all of your personal goals are achieved and provide individual support where necessary.
You will receive regular feedback from your tutor throughout the course, as and when appropriate. We ask all students to provide feedback at the end of the course.
What do I need to bring with me?
