How will I be taught?
Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation and time for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate exercises and routines and will talk you through all movements. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely.
To assist us in providing a safe and healthy environment for you to exercise you will be asked to complete a Confidential Health Questionnaire.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. You should wear shoes with a soft sole. Sandals, boots or any footwear with a high heel are not recommended. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately.
Students may wish to bring a towel. Please bring water and avoid eating one and a half hours prior to exercising.
What can I do next?
