You will be taught by a qualified and experienced chairobics tutor. Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate movements and talk you through all sequences. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely and be encouraged to monitor and record your progression on the course.
There will be individual and group feedback.
