How will I be taught?
Demonstration, group and individual tuition. Within the group setting you will receive personal support and/or feedback during class. Your tutor will discuss your individual progress with you on request and give you further feedback as required. You will be encouraged to be aware of your own progress as only you can feel the changes happening in your body. Group feedback will be regularly given.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement, preferably a T-shirt and soft trousers or leggings. Please don’t wear a black T shirt / top - to make it easier for your tutor to observe subtle body movements. A fleece may keep you snug when we relax. Denim jeans, formal trousers, short shorts, skirts or dresses are not suitable for this activity. You will be exercising in socks for hygiene reasons or bare feet if you have your own mat and small equipment. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Please bring a small hand towel and water and avoid eating a large meal prior to exercising. Mats and small equipment are provided by your tutor or you may bring your own.
