How will I be taught?
The learning objective for that day will be demonstrated and explained. This will be followed by a question and answer session to ensure good understanding. The main aim is to take what you have been taught and practice in your own time to meditate actively. There will be plenty of one to one guidance and feedback and at the end of each session, students will have the opportunity to share their ideas and experiences with a view to learning from each other.
