How will I be taught?
You will be taught by a qualified and experienced tutor. Teaching methods will include demonstration, explanation, discussion and times for question and answer sessions. Your tutor will demonstrate movements and talk you through all sequences. Activities will be adapted to suit individual needs and capabilities. You will be carefully observed to ensure that you are working safely and be encouraged to monitor and record your progression on the course.
No pre ious experience necessary.
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need supportive, comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement. Denim jeans, formal trousers, skirts or dress are not suitable for this activity. You should wear shoes with a soft sole. Sandals, boots or any footwear with a high heel are not recommended. You may be advised not to take part if you are not dressed appropriately. Students may need to bring a mat to work on and might wish to bring a towel, your tutor will advise after the first session. Please bring water and avoid eating one and a half hours prior to exercising.

Your tutor will advise you on the appropriate follow-up course. Enrol early as places cannot be guaranteed.
