How will I be taught?
The course is a hand on workshop during which you will be fully involved in the process.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring: apron hat or something to keep your hair in place, rolling pin, plastic container to bring your pasta home, 3 eggs or more and your favourite flour (1 kg)
If you are allergic to gluten please bring a gluten free flour otherwise please bring a 00 pasta flour or wholemeal.
