ESOL Initial Assessment Tonbridge

Unfortunately you do not meet the eligibility criteria to enrol on this course via our website. However, please contact us to discuss the other options available to you.

You will still be eligible to enrol on this course if you meet the Department for Education (DfE) or Greater London Authority (if you live in the Greater London Authority area), residency eligibility criteria.

This includes:

• Those who have a lawful permission to reside in the UK (*see list of exclusions below) AND their permission is valid until the planned end date of the course (or 12 months from the start date if you live in the Greater London Authority area)
• Those currently claiming asylum, who have lived in the UK for at least 6 months prior to the course start date.
• Members of the British Armed forces
• Members of other nations' armed forces currently stationed in England

You will be required to show evidence of your immigration permission before you can be enrolled onto the course.

Exclusions:

You will not be eligible to enrol onto a course with us if:

• You are in the UK without authority or lawful status
• You are resident in the UK on a student or graduate visa
• You are in the UK on holiday, with or without a visa
• Your immigration status imposes a study prohibition or restriction
• You are in the UK on a sponsorship visa such as a skilled worker or seasonal worker visa. This includes those who are a dependent, spouse or partner of a person in the UK on a sponsorship visa
