Is this course for me
Welcome to "Stepping Up into Primary" - a supportive space for parents to navigate the transition as their child enters primary school. This program offers a unique opportunity for parents to come together, share their thoughts, and gather practical advice on how to best prepare their child for this important milestone.
In "Stepping Up into Primary," parents will have the chance to engage in open and honest discussions with others who are experiencing similar emotions and concerns. Through shared experiences and awareness, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what to expect during this transition period and how to support their child effectively.
From practical tips for preparing for the first day of school to strategies for helping children adjust to their new environment, this program provides parents with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate this exciting yet sometimes daunting transition.

* A discussion on what changes to expect in your child and how to best support them
* Share ideas for preparing your child to start school with an emphasis on developing social and emotional skills
* Consider possible issues and how to deal with them
