Who can join this course

Anyone who sings in the shower or the car or the garden and would like to do it with other like minded people. There is no judgement but you can find out how to warm your voice and make the best of the singing voice you have.

Is this course for me

If you would like to find your singing voice in a safe space with like minded people this short course is for you.

Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Learn how to warm your voice before singing
* Learn how to blend your voice to others when singing in a group
* How to interpret sheet music when singing
* Enjoy the sound a group of voices can make in a safe space

You will also be asked to think of Personal Aims to individualise your learning experience, as well as another benefits the course may have.

What will I need for my course

Please bring along a notepad and pencil just in case and a bottle of water to keep your throat lubricated while singing.

Additional Information

From 1st August 2024, the Department for Education (DfE) require that learners attending this course must identify their primary purpose for learning. This course is not available for learners whose main aim is to learn a hobby, or for leisure/pleasure.
