Welcome to the “Managing Sleep Workshop” – a supportive space designed to explore healthy sleep habits and strategies for parents and carers. In this workshop, we'll delve into the various barriers that can affect bedtime routines, share practical sleep strategies, and discuss the impact of poor sleep on behaviour.
We will explore common barriers to bedtime and their impact on sleep routines and share healthy sleep strategies and techniques to promote better sleep for both children and parents. In addition, we will discuss how inadequate sleep can affect behaviour and overall well-being with an emphasis on open discussion and sharing of experiences, ideas, concerns, and potential solutions among learners.
There is a collaborative approach where learners can learn from each other led by experienced facilitators, this workshop aims to empower parents with the knowledge and tools to foster healthy sleep habits in their family. It provides a supportive environment for building friendships, boosting confidence, and developing problem-solving skills.
Join us for the “Managing Sleep Workshop” and take the first step towards better sleep and improved well-being for your family!
