Meet our tutors - Hayley Ash

Meet our new Life Coaching tutor Hayley Ash, who is due to teach two exciting new courses with us after Easter in Canterbury and Broadstairs.

Hayley grew up on a farm and enjoyed spending her time surrounded by nature with friends and family, while dancing in her teenage years. She qualified in Life Coaching in 2020 and says since then; “the power of Coaching and NLP techniques have really changed my life in so many ways.”

She now enjoys teaching as she says she loves to bring ideas together and enjoy group discussions on different subjects, that gives people the opportunity to learn from and support each other.

Hayley’s teaching style is open and friendly, and she wants students to feel comfortable while enjoying themselves. She adds: “My classes are different in that we will not only be learning life coaching theories and techniques, but the group will have a chance to coach and learn from each other. We will hold each other accountable to achieving our goals, and students will have an opportunity to really get below the surface of what makes them who they are.”

We asked Hayley what her courses involve, and she said: “My group coaching course will allow you to break down negative beliefs, behaviours and thinking patterns that no longer serve you, and in breaking these down you will open yourself up to an abundance of joy, positivity and creativity.

Everyone’s life journey is different, and we all have individual values, wants and desires, but there are often common factors that block us from living as our ideal self, these include fear, limiting beliefs, lack of confidence, lack of clarity, and trapped memorised emotions. Our brains and bodies are very clever but sometimes our inbuilt programming can become stuck and limiting if we don't take control and steer it in a positive direction.

This course will allow you to gain clarity and confidence on who you want to be, and learn techniques and strategies that you can apply to your daily life that will help you overcome blocks and negative patterns when they arise. The main objectives of the course are: 1. Gain clarity on your core values and learn the importance of making decisions and taking action based on these 2. Learn how to observe and question your thoughts to overcome negative thinking 3. Deepen your emotional intelligence and learn how to use emotional feedback to guide your thinking and actions 4. Learn practices to hard wire new neural pathways that allow for good feeling thoughts, expanded perspective and unlimited future possibilities.

During the course there will be group discussions where we will guide, support and hold each other accountable to our goals."
