Is this course for me

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is your ability to understand and manage your emotions and connect with others in a healthy and positive way.

EI describes a broad range of skills and capabilities, from your ability to calm yourself down when you’re upset to your ability to read the facial expressions of others.

Anybody who works in any sort of environment will find this useful in order for them to recognise their reactions to certain situations and just as importantly, understand others with whom they work. There will be a set of tools in order to help to increase Emotional Intelligence.

This is a one-off course of around 90 minutes which will be delivered online. It will include a chance for you to undertake a questionnaire to test out your own Emotional Intelligence.
