Who can join this course

This course is designed for adults looking to boost their employability by developing strong, practical customer service skills. This course will help you communicate effectively, handle challenging situations, and provide excellent service with professionalism and confidence.
Through real-life scenarios, role plays, and skills-based activities, learners will explore how to create positive customer experiences, work as part of a team, and represent an organisation with the right attitude and approach. The course also supports confidence building and workplace communication in both face-to-face and digital interactions.

Course aims

By the end of the course you should be able to:

* Develop communication skills for dealing with customers in a professional, friendly manner
* Practise handling customer complaints and difficult situations with confidence
