Our in centre and online live courses can help improve posture, muscular strength and mobility while also learning breathing techniques to relax. During your course, our expert tutors will guide you through a variety of exercises, flowing smoothly from one to the other whilst focusing on technique and control, unlike many other body conditioning techniques.
