How will I be taught?

Your tutor will use both a classroom and outdoor environment to introduce a sense each week, with that sense being fully explored. Each week you will learn techniques to help you relax and make connections with nature and yourself. Your tutor will use a mixture of demonstration, verbal guidance, pair and group work and practical activities during the lessons. There will be time for you to ask questions and seek clarity and to share your experiences with your fellow students.

What do I need to bring with me?

You will need a notebook and pen each week. Your tutor may also ask you to bring in other items during specific weeks but these will not be expensive or difficult to source. Most of the resources for the course will be provided.

What can I do next?

During your course your tutor will offer guidance in relation to your personal progression route. Courses are designed to progress you to further study or into employment. In addition some of our courses support access to Further and Higher Education opportunities. KAE web site has information about these courses and developing your own business.
