Sign Language - Basics - Drop In Sessions

This drop in session in Tonbridge is designed to give students, with some prior BSL experience, the opportunity to practice the basic skills that they have already learnt. It also aims to help increase knowledge and communicate with Deaf people in BSL on a range of topics that involves simple, everyday language use such as:
Use and recept fingerspelling to support Signing
Use a variety of numbers including dates & ages
Greet, take leave of people and maintain a basic conversation to include clarification
Describe pets including colours
Describe people you know
Asking for, giving and receiving basic information on hobbies to include time & calendar information
Asking for, giving and receiving basic information on food and drink
