How will I be taught?
At the start of the course you will work with your tutor to develop an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) to set out what you want to achieve by the end of the course. You will both monitor and assess your progress throughout the course to ensure your learning needs are being met.
You will complete tasks and assignments according to the course syllabus. You will receive feedback from your tutor.
What do I need to bring with me?
- a note book and pencil
New students should bring
-3 single headed flowers such as Gerberas, Roses or Sunflowers
- Raffia ribbon
Returning students should bring-
- 6 single headed flowers
- Poly net
- Metallic tissue paper or brown paper
- Complimentary coloured floristry ribbon
The cost of flowers will be approximately £15 per week depending on the flowers that you use.

What do I need to join the course
Everyone is welcome.
Complete beginners with no experience in Floristry.
It is important to note that craft courses are practical, requiring a degree of manual dexterity. Students will need to participate fully to get the most out of the course. If you need to bring a carer with you,or be accompanied by another person please ask to speak to the Programme Manager before you enrol.
