How will I be taught?
You will be taught as a small group (maximum 10 students) using a variety of teaching methods including demonstrations, instruction, one to one guidance, and group discussions.
Please let us know if you require special learning support to enable you to take part in the course.
What do I need to bring with me?
For this lesson please bring with you: Note book and pen, apron, a 6” Birdcage/Dome Cake Dummy, a pot of Sugarflair Sugarcel (both can be bought from Cakecraft World (see details of website below) 11” Cake board, 1.5 Kg White Sugarpaste (also known as Roll out fondant – buy from a supermarket), Number 2 piping tube, rolling pin, small cranked handled palette knife, a roll of greaseproof paper/clingfilm. A box to take cake home in. Please bring any other useful cake decorating equipment you may have.
